Portugal house prices rising 13.1% YoY with demand outstripping supply
Year-on-year house prices increased, in the third quarter of 2022, by 6.8% in the euro zone and 7.4% in the European Union (EU), with Portugal recording an above-average increase (13.1%), Eurostat announced.

House prices continue rising in Portugal, but slow in Lisbon
The average price of housing increased across Portugal in the second quarter, according to the National Statistics Institute (INE), with a deceleration in the capital Lisbon and an acceleration in Porto, the country´s second biggest city.
