A delegation led by Tong Io Cheng, dean of the Faculty of Law (FLL) and director of the Center for Judicial and Legal Studies of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries at the University of Macau (UM), visited renowned universities and legal departments in Mozambique and Angola.
