CCCC Executives in Mota-Engil Board Named

 

Mota-Engil shareholders approved a new Board of Directors and Executive Committee, shared between the Mota family and the building company´s new shareholder, China´s CCCC group.

The Executive Committee of Portugal´s biggest construction company, elected at the June 30 General Assembly in Portugal, is headed by Gonçalo Nuno Gomes de Andrade Moura Martins (Chief Executive Officer).

Wang Xiangrong will be the Chief Financial Officer, with the other three executive positions occupied by Carlos António Vasconcelos Mota dos Santos (Deputy-Chief Executive Officer), Manuel António da Fonseca Vasconcelos da Mota and Xiao Di.

China´s CCCC Clears Another Hurdle for Mota-Engil Buy

The executives were elected for a three-year period (2021-2023), along with the members of the Board of Directors, according to a company statement.

António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota will be Chairman of the Board of Directors and Wang Jingchun the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Other members are Gonçalo Nuno Gomes de Andrade Moura Martins, Carlos António Vasconcelos Mota dos Santos, Wang Xiangrong, Manuel António da Fonseca Vasconcelos da Mota – Member of the Board of Directors, Xiao Di, Maria Paula Queirós Vasconcelos Mota de Meireles, Ping Ping, Tian Feng, Ana Paula Chaves e Sá Ribeiro, Francisco Manuel Seixas da Costa, Helena Sofia da Silva Borges Salgado Fonseca Cerveira Pinto and Isabel Maria Pereira Aníbal Vaz.
