The Government of Timor-Leste has launched a tender to update the Urban Master Plan of the Municipality of the country´s capital, Dili.
According to the Government (headquarters pictured above), the winner of the tender will be responsible for the elaboration of guidelines for the urban development policy of the municipality.
The competition is promoted by the National Procurement Commission, from which the Terms of Reference can be requested, free of charge, by email (rfp059-mpo21@cna.gov.tl).
